Signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport. For RON, additional identity verification and knowledge-based authentication safety measures are taken. Contact us to learn more.

In limited cases, a notarization may be possible with a credible witness, as allowed under Colorado law. Please contact us in advance to discuss options.

It depends. Most in-person and RON appointments take 15–30 minutes.
NOTE: Real Estate appointments with full loan packages can take 45-60 minutes.
